OUT OF OFFICE • SEASON 5 PREMIERE • SHOW #29 Long time no see, friends and dance family! On Saturday, November 28th, we’re going OFF-SITE, bringing our beloved community together at The Foundry, a recently reopened San Francisco venue under new management. We’re excited to explore a new dance floor, reconnect with familiar faces, and welcome new friends before returning to our home at DanzHaus next month for another special holiday Out of Office! After four seasons and 28 gatherings, we’re grateful to everyone who has helped make Out of Office a home for bass music enthusiasts, dance-happy audiophiles, and the community at large. Come celebrate the start of our fifth season with us—same dance family, a different dance floor, and another night to unite and express! PRODUCERS ON DECK ITERATE Andrei Olenev is a music producer from Northern California, currently making music under the name Iterate. Andrei has been a staple of the West Coast bass music and glitch-hop sound for the last 15 years. Under his previous monikers, Andreilien and Heyoka, he toured extensively at festivals and clubs around the world, including Burning Man, Symbiosis, Boom Festival, Lightning in a Bottle, Envision, Sonic Bloom, Earthfreq, and Shambhala. Over the years, Andrei’s sound has evolved, drawing influence from various genres without being confined to any one of them—and always with a unique twist. His current project, Iterate, continues that musical evolution, focusing on hip-hop beats, breaks, deep bass, intricate glitch edits, and psychedelic sound design. Iterate emerged after Andrei took time away from touring to change his production process and develop his sound in a new direction. He switched DAWs to Bitwig and created a collection of custom Grid patches geared toward glitch production, many influenced by hardware grooveboxes and trackers. Andrei is a certified Bitwig trainer and has a growing online collection of Bitwig tutorials. KIMOTHY LEARY Kimothy Leary is a DJ and producer known for her dynamic presence in the electronic music scene. She specializes in an eclectic mix of hard-hitting bass music, captivating audiences with her innovative sound. With her unique sets and dedication to her craft, Kimothy Leary continues to make significant strides in the electronic music landscape. She is also a member of Bass Waffle, Wormhole, and Kyra Collective, all of which have played key roles in shaping the underground bass music scene. AMALGAM Dillon Buffi, known by his stage name Amalgam, is a West Coast-based electronic music connoisseur here to ignite and elevate your dance rituals. Since starting his journey in the underground scene in 2011, he has shared the stage with selectors such as Murkury, Lyny, Gonzofuze, Elevated Mind, Skeler, Austeria, Wonky Willa, Ashez, K+Lab, Kimothy Leary, Jalaya, and many more. Amalgam’s unique blend of crunchy halftime beats, mind-melting neuro-hop, and forward-thinking bass will excite and inspire you. With releases on Causmic Creative, Wormhole Music Group, and Badgers Records, Amalgam has established himself as an ambitious producer with a vision to share his unique sounds with the world. JACQUES WHIITE Arising from the Bay Area, JACQUES WHIITE blends Southern hospitality with West Coast innovation in his bass-driven productions. He fuses electronic music with elements of rap and hip-hop, crafting tracks with bouncy 808s, captivating grooves, infectious energy, and raw emotion. With his unmistakable style, JACQUES WHIITE invites listeners on a sonic adventure.
